  • No Profit Sharing: My compensation for consulting services is strictly fee-based. I do not take any percentage of your business’s profits, nor do I have any financial stake in the revenue generated by your business. All profits generated from implementing my strategies belong entirely to you.
  • Limited Liability: My role is to provide recommendations, strategies, and best practices to help you optimize your restaurant operations. However, you are solely responsible for the implementation of these strategies and the decisions made in your business. I, my associates, and my company are not liable for any losses, financial downturns, or other negative outcomes that may result from following or not following the advice provided.
  • Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility as the business owner to evaluate the suitability of the strategies provided and to make informed decisions based on your specific business context. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify me, my associates, and my company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the consulting services.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this consulting relationship will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration, in accordance with the laws governing business practices in your jurisdiction.

Delivery Policy

As our products and services are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping involved. All digital products and services will be provided through secure online channels, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their orders or subscriptions within 7 days of purchase. A cancellation may be subject to credit card processing fees. If a cancellation is agreed upon, a partial refund may be issued based on the previously agreed terms.
